Welcome to American Glass Restoration. By contacting AGR, requesting an estimate, or scheduling services, you agree to the following general terms.

Services

American Glass Restoration provides specialist glass restoration services and related project support. Services may include glass scratch removal, surface damage correction, post-construction glass restoration, damage assessment, consulting, and other restoration-related support where appropriate.

AGR is a specialist glass restoration company and does not offer general cleaning, janitorial services, or full glazing replacement as a primary trade. Project suitability is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Estimates and Project Review

Project review may begin based on photos, video, written descriptions, and other information provided by the client. Any preliminary review or estimate is based on the information available at that time.

Final scope, pricing, scheduling, and project suitability may change if actual site conditions differ from what was initially provided.

Scheduling

All services are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Estimated project dates may be adjusted due to project conditions, travel coordination, access limitations, weather, material availability, safety considerations, or other factors outside AGR’s control.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate project information and reasonable site access.

Where a project requires lifts, scaffolding, stages, rope-access support, permits, traffic control, containment, operators, or other site logistics, those items are to be provided by the hiring or scheduling party unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Restoration Limitations

Not all glass damage is a suitable candidate for restoration. Restoration outcomes depend on factors including damage type, severity, visibility, glass conditions, access, and project expectations.

AGR does not guarantee that every damaged surface can or should be restored. Part of AGR’s role is helping determine when restoration is appropriate and when it is not.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due according to the payment terms provided for the project. Travel, mobilization, deposits, progress payments, or special scheduling terms may apply depending on project scope and location.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Scheduled work may require advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling. For travel or mobilized projects, deposits, booked travel, and related costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Liability

AGR performs services with care and professionalism, but is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, prior damage, fabrication issues, installation-related issues, or conditions outside the scope of the agreed work.

AGR is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by site conditions, restricted access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate project information provided by others.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
